Christmas, Neil Armstrong, Veterans Day, and 4th of July back in textbooks

I guess I am not understanding what liberals are saying about the Neo-Conservative views of the decisions to put certain elements back into the history books.

Previously taken out of textbooks by the Texas School Board on Numbnuts were Independence Day and Neil Armstrong. They even dumped Christmas. After a huge outcry from citizens, thankfully these changes was reversed.

Christmas? They took Christmas OUT of the books? Even the liberal hacks on the History Channel ackowledge Christmas!

According to the American Religious Identification Survey of 2008:

The largest religion in the US is Christianity, practiced by the majority of the population, or 76%. Veterans Day! How can you take Veterans Day out of history books? I am speechless over that one.

The Fourth of July? Really, that's interesting because America celebrates her independence from Britain on July 4th. What American would oppose Independence Day?

Last but certainly not least, Neil Armstrong, for the love of pete, walked on the Moon. The Moon! Except for a handful of lunatics who believe the Apollo 11 lunar landing mission was staged, and a government conspiracy, who would object giving props to a man who walked on the surface of a celestial body, Earth's satellite?

Get me the duct tape;
my head is about to explode!
